(626) 532-2761- If you cannot attend your scheduled class, immediately contact our General Manager, Mr. Alex Agatelov. Also, as a courtesy, notify your teacher. Your lesson will then be rescheduled on a make-up date at no additional charge.
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance), non-emergency cancellations, and “no shows” will not be rescheduled.
- If you are late to your scheduled class, you will not be allowed extra time because the next student is scheduled right away. If your teacher is late, you will receive the amount of time missed.
- Because our teachers are fully booked, a student who misses more than 3 classes is not guaranteed the original time slot upon return.
- Parents should notify the Academy at least two weeks in advance for any planned vacation.
